Mixchat is an unofficial app with no connection to Twitch or YouTube.

The app is provided "as is." If it breaks, or if platforms change their APIs, Mixchat is not liable for service interruptions or account impacts.

2. User Guidelines

By using Mixchat, you're promising to:

• Follow the official Twitch Terms and Community Guidelines.
• Don't use the app to spam, harass, or crawl data unfairly.
• Don't try to break the app or its API endpoints.
• If you link your YouTube, follow Google's rules too.

3. Limited Liability

If data, followers, or other account assets are lost due to bugs or downtime, Mixchat is not responsible. The project is maintained by the community on GitHub.

4. Open Source & License

Mixchat is open source and licensed under the MIT License. Feel free to peek at the code or contribute. Just respect the trademarks of Twitch, Google, 7TV, etc.

5. Termination

Mixchat reserves the right to block access or change the application at any time if usage violates these terms.
